Radio City is a year-long free youth arts programme combining media training, podcast, soundscape, music production, spoken word and radio drama. Radio City is funded by Creative Scotland.
As part of Radio City, young people aged 10-20 can take part in workshops by specialists in each field in order to experiment with new media, develop technical skills and create content for online broadcast on a youth-led platform and on community radio.
Throughout the year, we will invite young people across Scotland to send in audio clips to be included in a ‘24 hour Soundscape of Scotland’.
The programme will be delivered by Media Education with partners from Graphite North, North Edinburgh Arts, #artcore, Strange Town and the Scottish Poetry Library.
